The apartments, delicately restored, have a maximum capacity of two adult people, are equipped with a queen size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a sofa. Large windows let in natural light in a quiet urban setting. They have a living-dining room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The interior colors convey freshness, tranquility, confidence, well-being, positive energy, stimulate creativity and reading. TOURIST TAX: 6.88€ per night per person, for up to 7 nights (adults only). The guest must pay the tourist accommodation tax, which is €6.88 per night per person, for up to 7 nights. Starting on April 1, 2026, the amount will be €10.45 per night per person, up to a maximum of 7 nights. LAUNDRY SERVICE (EXTRA CHARGE) In addition, we offer a convenient laundry service available, which comes with an extra charge. -Our standard cleaning schedule is halfway through stays of 5 days or more. Guests can request extra cleaning during their stay, subject to availability and an additional charge of 35€. -On the day of departure, the client must leave the apartment in acceptable conditions of order and cleanliness. First main door opens two apartments, your apartment is A on your LEFT side. FYI: if you take the stairs, it is the fourth floor. The apartment is located in an old building and as a result spaces are not well insulated. It can be kind of noisy sometimes at night since the elevator’s opening and closing doors may sound in the middle of the night. The bedrooms face a busy street, so if you are a light sleeper, something to consider.
