The apartment was fully refurbished in 2020 to a high standard. All rooms have been fitted with electric heaters to ensure comfort during stay. Silvermines village, is rich in historics of mining and offer plenty of scenic nature walks.

The house is set in great privacy on 1.6 acres of gardens and woodland at the end a long driveway accessed through electric gates. Perfect location for enjoying local amenities or exploring the rest of Ireland - 2 hours to most tourist spots.

The cottage is set in a lovely southfacing courtyard set amidst farm and woodland, and only 50 mins drive from Shannon airport. It features a roll top bath, log burning stove and also has high speed fiber internet. The cottage has just been revamped and has high quality bed linen and towels to ensure that extra bit of luxury. Two miles from village with pub/restaurant and local shop with bakery. Close to lough Derg, beautiful walks and Ritual sauna by the lake. Homemade scones on arrival.

On the outskirts of Nenagh town it provides a gateway to multiple historic/cultural attractions in addition to it's close proximity to Lough Derg.

Cosy Cottage in Nenagh

Moyroe cottage is based on the outskirts of Nenagh on our dairy farm. The town centre with its main shopping street, pubs, restaurants, visitors centre and the Nenagh castle as well as the bus stop is about 25 minutes of a walking distance - 5 minutes by car. The closest supermarket is Tesco with a 5 minute drive. Several access points to the M7 are close by. There are many interesting places to visit in the vicinity. Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Six Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms.
