A farmhouse table with 4 chairs. There are two very comfortable chairs in living area with a parlor sofa, 47” tv and WiFi. A queen bed and two twins in the loft. Large porch for sitting on in the morning or evening. On a peaceful quiet property. Located 2 1/2 miles off hwy 21 south. A dirt road through farmland.

Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. No WIFI, but we do have DISH television. We are pet and family friendly!!! Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.

For about the price of a hotel room, you have a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, full kitchen, porches and a washer and dryer.

Activities on the ranch include hiking, fishing, or heading down to the barn for a trail ride (please inquire about rates and availability), and we are conveniently located about 30 - 45 minutes away from historic downtown Eureka Springs, the Buffalo National River, Table Rock Lake, or shopping, shows, amusement parks and dining in Branson, Missouri. In the fall, hay rides are available, and bonfires. It is a lovely get away on a working ranch.
