Relax on the deck and watch the resident chipmunks, squirrels, and birds, or kick back by the fireplace and take in the winter wonderland around you. Marvel at the sky full of stars at night. This is our second home for the past 20 years, we are happy to share it with you! We are dog friendly, we consider your dogs people, therefore they count towards the 4 "person" guest total. We have no cleaning fee, as frequent guests elsewhere we think they are a scam on airbnb, therefore, we don't charge one. However, we expect you to clean our home well before check out including vacuuming so that when we do it again, if our next guests have allergies they are likely to do well ! thanks!

Bethlehem is a quaint town nestled in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. With amazing views of these mountains from the property, this newly renovated home is a great jumping off point for all your outdoor activities. A short walk brings Mt Wash into view. The rooms and outdoor spaces are extremely clean and clutter free. Just 1 1/2 miles from Bethlehem's center it feels miles away with meadows, mountains and an orchard for backdrops. Enjoy a walk through our 4 1/2 acre property!

Super secluded, quiet lakeside cape, Sugar Hill Area. A true winter wonderland in the winter months, with access to Cannon Mountain, Loon and Bretton Woods. Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

During the spring/summer splash around at Whales Tales water park or visit Santas village amusement park. In fall admire the foliage and the covered bridges. Year round, take a stroll along Littleton’s Main st.

Guest Suite, mother-in-law apartment with private entrance. One bedroom with living room, dining area, kitchen, stove, full refrigerator. WiFi and a futon couch that turns into a bed in the living room. The converted basement apartment is a comfortable, and cozy place to stay while visiting the Mount Washington Valley. Perfect for adventuring, climbers, hikers, bikers and skier/snowboarders. Have a hot pot of organic local coffee and get outside in the beautiful Mount Washington Valley!

Everything for your perfect Maine getaway! Use our private dock for your boat, but don't worry about kayaks and paddle boards - use ours. Enjoy a tranquil sunrise, the song of a loon, and the the quaint Bridgton village. Enjoy foliage in the fall and skiing at Pleasant Mountain (formerly Shawnee Peak) only 5 minutes away.
