Stay at home in Reno

You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.

Read entirely before booking. Luxury Marriott studio with queen bed for 2 and padded chair. Extra people are allowed to provide their own sleeping space on the floor if desired. Marriott will not supply additional bedding. Full kitchen. with dining table for 2. Hot tubs, swim in the heated pool, skate, hike, ski, sauna, workout, relax by the fire. World class Marriott accommodations. You are required to pay a $130 cleaning fee at check out. Your booking means that you agree to this.

Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Maximum of 2 cars per stay, there is very limited parking. I also have supplied placards to be placed in your car during your stay. VHRP number 16-934

This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.
