We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

This is a beautiful open plan 2 bed cottage on one level. Tucked behind the sand dunes of an award winning beach & situated directly on the coastal path. The cottage is cosy with wood floors throughout & well equipped for your stay. The wood burner makes this the perfect retreat even in the winter. The cottage is completely fenced in & dog friendly (can't guarantee your dog won't get out depending on its size) . Supermarkets will deliver. The cottage has a selection of bicycles for your use.

West Cottage is on a quiet village street in Lessingham, less than two miles from Norfolk's coast and five miles from the Broads. With off-street parking, a large garden, and views from both bedrooms to Happisburgh lighthouse, it's an idyllic spot for a tranquil holiday. Downstairs, a cosy sitting room with fireplace and dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, beyond which is a bathroom with over-bath shower. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the smaller a 4ft bed.

The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. A recently refurbished cosy family hideaway with own kitchen and living area. 3 comfortable bedrooms available, one with an en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom and shower. This comfortable cottage is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children and 2 well behaved dogs.. There is a private garden terrace with a BBQ. The beach is a 15 minute walk away and the beautiful Norfolk Broads are close by. A welcome breakfast basket included in the price. Two local pubs are within a 5 min drive.

This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.
