Being about 2 miles from the Eppley airport (OMA) and 8 miles from the zoo; it’s a great location to get you away from the chaos of Omaha but still keep you involved. The home is located in a small neighborhood surrounded by friendly neighbors with a great view of the lake. It has 2 spacious living room areas, 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom located on each level.

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

TD Ameritrade, CHI, Old Market and Blackstone are all less then a 10min drive from the house.
