Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom See entfernt und hat eine kleine Aussenterrasse. Du kannst das Seegrundstück mit privatem Zugang zum See, mit Liegewiese mit Lounge und Liegestühlen mitbenutzen. SUP's und ein Ruderboot können mitbenutzt werden. Vor dem Haus Via Torrazza 81 stehen Velos (Fahrräder) bereit.
