CasparCottage. is a charming quiet nicely appointed cottage that we built on our 5 private acres 3 miles from the ocean and 10 minutes from Mendocino or Fort Bragg. Walk to the WATERFALL in the Russian Gulch State Park from the cottage. We are at the eastern edge of the park. We've been sharing our cottage with guests for many years and have many guests that return year after year. It's a perfect place for a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion or quiet retreat. We provide breakfast goodies!

Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, the guest house features the best view on the property with a newly updated bathroom. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the main house which sits above. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. Well behaved pets welcome! 240 and 140V plugs available for car charging - bring your own plug.

A guest suite downstairs-totally separate from upstairs w/a nice garden outside. You walk down a gravel & brick path to enter @ ground level. It is a large studio w/old growth beams & full length windows, kitchen area, bathroom w/ a jacuzzi tub. There is a Paul Bunyan California King size bed w/ steps, w/no railings. Much room to roam. The outside yard is shared space, yet, we don’t walk in front of your windows and will respect your privacy. There’s a garden & fruit trees to graze in season.

Private cottage has ocean view, and is just across the road from Caspar Headlands State Park. Enter through private gate into your own garden with outdoor seating. Inside the cottage, there is a kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, tile floor, skylights, full bath with claw foot tub, artistic and period details. From the cottage, walk to the beach, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino.

Quiet and secluded. Located on a paved private lane away from traffic.
