Cozy Rooftop Studio – Premium quality newly refurbished apartment on the 11th-floor of new building with stunning views of Şərq Bazar, the world’s largest flagpole and the glimpse of Caspian Sea and city. Just 10 min walk to Heydar Aliyev Center, Baku Zoo, ADA University, National stadium; 15 min to 28 May Station. Beer pub, shisha lounge, coffee shop, and gym in the building. Near 24h supermarkets, restaurants, and a traditional bazar. Apartment is has all needed amenities for comfortable stay.

The apartment (17th level - Roof Top) is located in between of Fountain sq. and Port Baku. 10 minutes walk - Fountain Square, "28 May" and "Sahil" metro Free Wi-Fi is available !The water pump in the evening (from 02:00 A.M until 07:00 A.M.) is turned off by the governmental department. Therefore the water stops during this mentioned period. Once it is fixed, I will update the notes !There is an A/C in one bedroom, other bedroom has Stadler Peter fan.There is an A/C in the living room as well

Luxury villa (30 min walk to the beach+4 bedrooms)

This villa is located in a peaceful area, 30 min drive to the city and not far from the airport. Beach is 30 minutes walk. Guests can enjoy of indoor and outdoor swimming pool, playstation and pooltable. For stays over 3 days, there is a free airport transfer (up to 4 people). Every second day we will change a bed linen. Moreover we will wash your dishes and take care of your garbage. All these services are free of charge. Upon request we can provide a breakfast and barbecue dinner.
