Clover & Ash Farms

Our barndominium is like a home away from home... featuring two matching king suites, both with ensuite bathrooms. A 3rd bathroom with the washer/dryer are available down inside the barn. Enjoy a full sized kitchen with stone counter tops and every utensil you'd need to cook your own gourmet meals. Relax on one of two decks at the front & rear of the barn and take in the nature views & sounds. Please bring your most comfy pair of slippers as we request no shoes in the B&B. **NO SMOKING/VAPE**

The Hideaway at Fox Fields

The Hideaway at Fox Fields tiny home sleeps up to 4 with one bedroom and a sleeper sofa (both queen size beds). The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There's full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and dishes, plus a washer/dryer combo. There's TV (guests use their own streaming accounts), game cabinet, and two mini-split AC units. The front porch overlooks a pond; cows are in the pasture at times. Located 10 minutes from I-20 Exit 137 and 5 minutes from The Cabin at Old Spur wedding venue.

The Little Gardener’s Cottage

Welcome to The Little Gardener’s Cottage, a fully separate and private loft-style apartment above our family’s full time residence. We are located on a quiet street in the heart of Camden’s Rectory Square Park historic district. Follow the meandering, well-lit garden path to the charming upstairs unit. As hosts with five years of experience, we offer a beautiful home away from home, with luxury bedding and linens, comfortable seating, a small kitchenette, and plenty of space for two guests.

Hillside Haven on Lake Wateree- Entire House

Lake Wateree rental with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that will comfortably sleep 8 guests. It also has 2 sleeper sofas. It is located in Ridgeway, SC and less than 5 minutes to Buck Hill Landing. Upstairs, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, living\dining room and master bedroom. Downstairs, there is a second living area with second kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Home includes private deep water dock. Perfect location for swimming, kayaking and fishing. Fire pit is perfect for cool nights.

Hartsville is a Charming Town with plenty of family activities, shops, and dining. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

Camden is known for its Antebellum homes and from this location you can walk to some of its finest examples. The apartment is cozy with a comfortable queen size bed, a bathroom which features natural hardwoods and a claw-foot tub/shower and a modern Mitsubishi ductless heating and cooling system. Private deck overlooks historic polo field.

Marcy's Place

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway surrounded by acres of wooded land and privacy. This Tiny House with porch was constructed of Logs in 2022. The outside logs are painted gray to blend in with nature. The inside is beautiful natural pine, with 3 bedrooms/1 bath/2 queen and 2 bunk beds with a loft, washer/dryer. It's conveniently located 4 miles off Interstate I 77 and 2 miles from the 1770 Historical town of Ridgeway, SC off Hwy 21 north.
