Super spacious 1 bedroom apartment above a quiet business just east of downtown Niles on Main Street. Great for traveling to Notre Dame, Andrews University, St. Mary's, and beaches in Bridgman and St. Joe. 1/2 mile to the river walk in Niles. This apartment is located above a quiet business that operates Monday through Friday. You have full access to the entire apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The only shared space is one common door that splits access to the business from the upstairs apartment.

A completely furnished apartment in the basement of our log home (our main residence) on 5 acres of woods above beautiful Shavehead Lake. Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. Stay in a 2nd story private suite in a modern farmhouse where we reside on a family farm in Amish country. Guests have the entire 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, a private bath, and a sitting room. You can watch Amish buggies drive by while you rock on the front porch, access shared patio spaces or sit by a creek. We have cows, goats & chickens. We're in the heart of Shipshewana Amish/Mennonite community, minutes from downtown Shipshewana & all it has. An authentic, comfortable country getaway.

Stay in our studio apartment suite with private exterior door entrance. Hosts live in the rest of the house. From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. It's a quick 15 min drive to Notre Dame.

Tiny Retro Studio for One Person

TINY studio for ONE. Non-smoking inside & out. Our typical guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.

Come for a relaxing getaway in the country. Cook in our small kitchenette or use our Blackstone or fire pit. Located in a small hobby farm setting with sheep roaming the pasture. We also have a couple cats that claim the pool area as their own. The long driveway and gravel road are perfect for a leisurely stroll to enjoy the great outdoors. Take a swim in the pool or a soak in the hot tub and let the worries of life melt away during your stay.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled among the trees, it provides a quiet getaway from the chaos of life allowing you to recharge and renew. The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.

We are within walking distance from the public beach and downtown Cassopolis, as well as 30 minutes away from South Bend and Notre Dame campus.

Country setting. Apartment above our garage. Attached to our house. No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. No shared space but with the shared wall, you will here sounds from our space including garage door, voices, kitchen noise, dogs may bark, etc. we try to keep noise levels down but we live here and you may hear us. WiFi in this location is sometimes spotty.

The Serenity Suite

The Serenity Suite is a 230 sq ft. tiny house studio apartment created in 2022. A kitchen island with 2 barstools is in the center of the space. This can be used as a sit down eating spot or a dedicated workspace. The 3/4 bath boasts up to date accessories and soft, thirsty towels.
