Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! There are mosquito nets in the house. MAX 2 PETS: €5 per day per pet to be paid on arrival.   RENT ONLY FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY

Located at the beginning of the pedestrian centre of Castagneto Carducci, this open-space garden apartment has amazing view toward valley and sea coast. The property is highly standard furnished and has an independent terrace for dining. Through small stairs it reaches a big stone-wall surrounded garden with brick BBQ, which is in common with another apartment of the same owner. They can be rented separately or together. Free public parking at 2' min walking from the house.

Casa Ciliegio a Castagneto Carducci

RESIDENCE - LA CASINA Costruita nel 1700 da Francesco Casanova, come si legge nell'epigrafe posta sopra quello che era l'ingresso principale, di proprietà successivamente della famiglia Moratti era, fino a due decenni fa, una bella casa colonica padronale posta ai margini del paese di Castagneto Carducci. L'appartamento Ciliegio situato al primo piano e' composta da un soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura, una camera con letto matrimoniale e singolo e il bagno.

Casa in campagna "Il Frassino"

Il Frassino, è una graziosa casetta costruita nel 2024, è composta da un ampio locale organizzato in zone giorno e notte climatizzate, bagno con doccia, una serra solare climatizzata e un porticato. Tipico giardino toscano com ampie zone ombreggiate; una siepe lo separa dalla strada dell’Accattapane. Spazio relax disponibile per qualsiasi attività e parcheggio auto. Di fronte al Frassino vi è un altra casetta, Il Corbezzolo, di pertinenza dell'agriturismo.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

A blast from the past. This enchanting apartment, created from the original settlement of the farmhouse, still preserves the charm of the past intact. The large fireplace with the frescoed coat of arms is a real piece of history, which tells the story of the family that once lived here. The stylish floors, exposed beams and furniture create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything contributes to making the environment unique and evocative.

Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.
