La Porta sul mare #appartamento

Il mio appartamento è situato nell' incatevole scenario di Chianalea di Scilla,borgo di pescatori ricco di profumi e colori tipici di questa splendida terra.L'appartamento ha un ottima posizione,basta aprire la porta per ritrovarsi circondati dal mare,a due passi vi è la piccola spiaggetta di San Giuseppe.E' un luogo incantevole e tranquillo che racchiude in se tutti i confort di una vacanza al mare:spiaggia,mare,sole,splendidi tramonti da osservare comodamente sdraiati davanti la porta di casa.

Attico sul mare con splendido panorama Canneto

L'appartamento "Attico sul mare" si trova di fronte la baia di Canneto dista 50 mt dal mare e circa 100 mt dal molo da dove partono le imbarcazioni per le escursione nelle altre isole, fermata del bus a 20 mt. La casa gode di un terrazzo veranda con una vista mare mozzafiato. Dispone di 1 camera matrimoniale,1 bagno, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort (TV satellitare W-FI lavastoviglie macchina caffè divano letto matrimoniale)attigua alla terrazza attrezzata con tavolo sedie divanetto e sdraio.

La villa si trova nella zona più tranquilla del piccolo paese marinaro di San Saba, lontano dal caos cittadino. Appena ristruttura sia negli spazi interni che esterni, la villa si affaccia sul mare, basta attraversare una strada sterrata e si arriva direttamente in spiaggia. La parte esterna comprende una rilassante terrazza con vista sull'arcipelago delle Isole Eolie e una cucina rifinita con ceramiche di Santo Stefano di Camastra con cui potete preparare pranzi e cene da gustare all'aperto.

L'appartamento, in un piccolo borgo marino sulla costa, ha una meravigliosa terrazza sullo Stretto di Messina, inserito nel Patrimonio dell'Umanità. La spettacolare vista mozzafiato sia dalla terrazza della mansarda che dalla veranda del soggiorno infondono indimenticabili emozioni e momenti di relax. The apartment, in the northern side of the city, is very close to the seaside and the regional Museum. The neighbourhood is quite and peaceful. 5mins walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria and bakery. The distance from the city centre is 4km more or less. The closest tram stop is in 5-8 mins by walking to reach the city centre, Cathedral, Railway station and shopping area. Because the road to the house is on a hill we always recommend to have a car.
