L’appartamento delle Rose è collocato all’interno della guest house Mulino dell’Argenna. La struttura è stata completamente restaurata nel 2015. Si tratta di un antico Mulino in pietra risalente al 1400, costruito lungo il corso del Borro dell’Argenna. Il Mulino è un luogo incantevole, immerso nel verde del bosco, con un bel parco di un ettaro e una grande piscina. Panzano, è famoso per i suoi Vini: Chianti Classico è Super Tuscan, ci sono 22 aziende Agricole a pochi chilometri che offrono visite delle Cantine e degustazioni dei loro Vini e olio. L’appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal Supermercato Coop, Farmacia e centro del paese.
