Un piccolo appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio ideale per due persone che si trova a 10 minuti da Piazza San Marco. L'affaccio privato sul canale da una parte e la corte interna dall'altra lo rendono unico nel suo genere. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata e Wi-Fi illimitato e nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi negozi, cicchetterie e ristoranti tipici. Secondo le disposizioni per prevenire il contagio Covid-19, dopo ogni soggiorno viene effettuata una sanificazione con trattamento all'ozono.

Piazza San Marco is about 20 minutes on foot. the area is one of the art and architecture Biennale. A corner of Venice as living as a once in a calm and real Venetian atmosphere.

L'appartamento si trova al piano terra, dispone di due camere da letto, un primo bagno più grande con vasca e un bagno più piccolo con doccia. La posizione è comodissima per visitare la Biennale (2min a piedi) e si trova a 15 min a piedi da piazza San Marco.
