Na encosta nascente de Sesimbra, a 1km, cerca de 12m a pé 2 min de carro do centro e da praia, este duplex muito espaçoso tem uma fantástica vista de mar. Nota: o caminho para a praia é feito pela berma da estrada No 2º piso, um quarto de casal, um quarto individual e um grande wc com banheira. Os 2 quartos partilham um terraço de 8 m2 e vista frontal de mar. O 1º andar tem sala, cozinha e wc com duche. A sala tem 1 terraço com 15 m2 e vista frontal de mar. Overlooking the cliff and the gorgeous California beach, the building has a private beach access and is within a 5 to 10 minute walk into the restaurants / market / shops area in the center of town. A 15 minute drive takes you to the Arrábida Natural Park, a mountain range with incomparable beauty sliding onto white sand and turquoise water beaches, considered one of the natural wonders of Portugal. In 45 minutes you reach Lisbon as well as the airport. .
