The cottage overlooks the beautiful Malmsbury Reservoir and offers breathtaking views of the reservoir, iconic bluestone viaduct, Mount Macedon and rolling surrounds. The spacious deck offers the perfect place to unwind & soak up the views or use as a base to explore nearby Kyneton & Daylesford.

Just 5 mins drive from Kyneton township and snuggled into our tranquil property sits Hilltop Farm, The Stables Cottage and Sanctuary Retreat. Relaxation envelopes the space with breathtaking views of the Sidonia Valley/Cobaw Ranges. Our peaceful restorative space allows for an escape with easy access to all of the Macedon regions' delights. A complimentary light breakfast is provided with each booking. This lovely period cottage has everything you need, and is situated an easy 10 minute (700 m) walk to the historic Piper Street. There you will find world class art, crafts, antiques, cafe's and wine bars. Once you've ventured out, kick back next to an inviting gas log fire or split system aircon. Choose a movie with Netflix on the 55 inch LG, or sip wine and chomp cheese, in the secluded backyard oasis. For those who need to keep working we have a desk and comfortable office chair.

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

Taipa

A quiet place overlooking the Malmsbury countryside. This area is surrounded by wineries and small country towns that hold markets most weekends. We are just a short walk from Malmsbury Railway Station. This region hosts Castlemaine Art Festival, Harcourt Apple Fest . Great restaurants, cafes in nearby historic Piper St Kyneton and Malmsbury farmers market. This is an area not to be missed located 55 minutes from Melbourne and just 25 minutes to Daylesford.

Ripon Cottage is a self contained 3 bedroom cottage in a quiet central location. It is close to restaurants, Pubs, shopping and close to all Ballarat's attractions. Ripon Cottage is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). It is located in a quiet street in the center of town. Tariff includes breakfast start up pack first night. Bedding is 2 queen 2 singles. Small well behaved animals are welcome free of charge

Lauriston Cottage Ballarat

Lauriston Cottage is close to public transport and in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with lots of character, walking distance from the centre of town. You’ll love staying there because of the comfy beds, central heating, choice of living areas to hang out in, free wifi, compact kitchen, retro bathroom, and spacious back deck. Our place is good for couples, small groups, and families (with kids). No pets, sorry.
