The infrastructure is of rustic type with noble wood like mañio, ciruelillo, larch and cypresses granting a cozy atmosphere and at the same time an unbeatable view to the sea (channel of Dalcahue), in its common spaces they will have comfortable readings room set with decoration of the area and heated by split walls, we will have a closed chamber system and early fire detection. On the first floor there will be a cafeteria with breakfast buffet and a large private parking lot discovered in the same area.
