The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Ski, swim, sled, hike, make memories for a lifetime. Purchase gondola and water park tickets separately. Walk out your door to adventure.

Ridge View is a coveted corner suite on the top floor of the Ridge at Silver Valley. The Ridge offers a 15 person hot tub, wet/ dry sauna and instant access to the base of the gondola.
