This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Superb bright top floor apartment right in the historical center of Cadiz with wifi. The flat has been recently renovated and the building where it is dates from 1900. It is in a pedestrian street between the squares of San Antonio and San Francisco. The local beach (la caleta) is within walking distance (15 minutes). The train and bus stations and the port are also nearby. There are plenty of tapas bars, cafes and shops nearby too. The flat has one bedroom, a lounge, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, big fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, cooker with 4 hobs and plenty of pans, pots, bowls, plates, glasses and cuttlery). The bedroom has a double bed and an extra airbed can be put in the lounge where there is a sofa, a dining table and a colour TV. The flat has two balconies facing the street and an interior glass wall facing the patio so it is really bright and sunny. There is also a common roof top terrace in the building that you can use to sunbathe, eat, read, etc... Like most of the buildings in the Old City of Cádiz, the building has no lift. From July to September, minimum rental is 4 nights.

Beautiful loft with all you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.
