Villa Zaza, Oasis in Untouched Nature

Our beautiful estate is located cca 40 km from Zagreb, in Zagorje, one of the most colourful regions of continental Croatia. Estate lies on a wonderful 2.000 m2 piece of land and is full of extraordinary plants, trees and flowers. Orientation of the estate is SW-W which gives the guests both - a lot of sun during the day and an astonishing view with the sunset. Three main points of the estate are main villa, swimming pool and rustical guest house. Main villa is surrounded by the two spacious terraces that enter the ground floor with dining table for ten, nice, fully equiped kitchen and a huge living room with the fire place. Bella Vista corner with five comfortable armchairs is situated on a west part of the ground floor - the view and the sunset are breathtaking! On the first floor one can find the master bedroom with the huge terrace, nice jacuzzy bathroom and a smaller room with a pull- out sofa for two. On the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed, bathroom with the massage shower, and a lobby with an antique writing table and pull out soffa for two. Swimming pool is 8,5 x 4,5 m, equipped with the swimming machine and the solar shower. The swimming pool is open from 1.5.-15.10. Guest house is close to the swimming pool. It's a rustic house with the large porch. It has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a very nice bedroom on the second floor that overlooks the swimming pool. The estate is situated in a very quiet and relexing area full of small cities, villages with domestic food products and historical castles. At the same time it is very close to Croatian capital Zagreb (30 minutes by car), to Croatian seaside (less than two hours by car) or to Plitvice lakes (90 minutes by car). COOKING Daily cooking,cleaning service can be additionaly organised by our Nada who is very good in preparing domestic specialities. Come and enjoy! This is a real paradise in any time of the year!

Kuća za odmor “Podgaj” nalazi se na prekrasnim brežuljcima Vukomeričkih gorica, u mjestu Šiljakovina. Uređena je u spoju modernog i rustikalnog stila. Okružena je prirodom, mirom i tišinom te pruža sve za odmor i odmak od gradske vreve. Idealna je za romantični bijeg iz svakodnevnice. Iz kuće se pruža predivan pogled na Zagreb. Udaljena je 20 minuta vožnje od Zagreba. Zemljište oko kuće, veličine 2500 m2, u potpunosti je ograđeno, tako da bezbrižno na odmor možete povesti i Vaše kućne ljubimce.

The Perfect Little Place+parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The aparment is newly renovated and completely refurnished. We thought of every single detail in creating it. As one guest described “all the comfort of a home with conveniences of a hotel”. The bedroom can be completely darkened. An extra comfortable queen bed with white satin bedlinen promises good rest. A modern small bathroom has a walk in shower. Heated floor. All towels in white cotton for upscale hygiene standard. Cozy living room. Enjoy😉

Jakobov hram (Jakob's cottage)

Jakob's cottage is an apartment house located in the heart of Kozjansko, on a spot with an amazing view on vineyards. The cottage offers a kitchen, one bedroom with a family bed and extra bed for two persons, one bathroom and a wooden balcony with an overhang from where you can enjoy the beautiful nature and peace. The apartment offers a covered parking place, an outdoor fireplace and free Wi-Fi. It is located about 10km from Terme Olimia and is a great starting point for hikers and bicyclists.

Big country house in the middle of vineyard

Located on the hill near the edge of the forest, surrounded by meadows and climbing above the vineyard Juričko offers a beautiful view of the picturesque landscape to the visitors. A wine cellar is a social space for 45 people. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a fireplace, a bathroom and a sauna. The attic has a bathroom and four bedrooms. Outside there is a covered terrace with a large table suitable for picnics. Guests can use private Sauna with an additional fee.

Entire upper floor, w/ bedroom, mezzanine and w/c

Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

Modern, new and stylish apartment for 4 persons and 2 additional beds is located nearby Maksimir park, zoo, city pool and stadium. The apartment is on the first floor. It offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a fully equiped kitchen and dinning table. The apartment also has small balcony, available wifi and parking place in backyard. It is ideal for a family stay or a group of friends. The apartment exterior is secured with CCTV cameras.

You can find us in the same park with the old castle and children playground. We are located in an old building, place is fully renovated this year (2016.). Center of a small town, quiet, surrounded with a lot of trees. Double bed +one spare bed. Private bathroom. Kitchenette with fridge, kettle and dishes. Also you can find some tea,coffee, sugar and milk. Fresh towels, clean linen. Free WI-FI. NO cleaning fee. Pets friendly. Free parking.

Bella - 2 bedroom apt with BALCONY in the CENTER

Apartment 'BELLA' is newly renovated spacious 70 m2 apartment on the first floor for up to 5 people (4+1). Apartment has two big bedrooms with double beds, bathroom and a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen + living room with sofa (for a fifth guest) that has a little balcony. We are located 4 minutes walk from the main square and 2 minutes from park Zrinjevac. We can check you in or send you self check in instructions.

Šumska vila

U sklopu apartmana nalazi se pečenjara sa pekom, jacuzzi sa pogledom te igralište za djecu. U okolici gosti mogu uživati u raznim aktivnostima poput pješačenja i planinarenja na planinarski vrh Vodenica, te mogu posjetiti Pavlinski samostan i crkvu Rođenja Blažene Djevice Marije koji je udaljen 2km od apartmana.

Ovaj novo renoviran smještaj idealan je za do četvero ljudi. Okružen je zelenilom s besplatnim parkingom kraj zgrade. Do centra grada je potrebno 10tak minuta busom ili autom. Samo desetak minuta lagane šetnje je udaljen od jezera Jarun - gradske zelene oaze.
