Easy access to Schenley park (1/2 mile) as well the heart of Oakland which includes places like Petersen Events Center, UPMC Carnegie Museums, Phipps Conservatory, and more. My co-host Jon lives in the house and will generally address most of your concerns during your stay. I can be reached through the app or by phone for anything else.
