Quiet & serene retreat for adults 21 years of age or older located in California Gold County on ranch property - a little more than a mile from highway 140, which is the route to the west entrance of Yosemite Valley. The property is situated in the rolling hills and oak trees of Catheys Valley. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous and the night sky has an unobstructed view of the stars.

Take advantage of the close proximity to restaurants and shops, while being just 32 miles from the Arch Rock entrance to Yosemite National Park and 12 miles from the mighty Merced river. The space is large enough to accommodate 3 guests with a queen bed, futon bed, large kitchen, full bath, covered parking, Wifi, and a flat screen TV.

This calm and cozy single unit suit is located in a beautiful brand new community close to UC Merced (about 3.6 miles), Merced College ( about 2.5 miles), Mercy Medical Center ( about 2.4 miles) and several shopping malls. Home is about an hour and half drive from Yosemite. A few local points of interest include Knights Ferry covered bridge, and Fresno County blossom trail and panorama trail.
