Ludwig Guesthouse at Lagodekhi protected areas

The guesthouse Ludwig is unique for its location. The name itself came from our address as we are located at Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1. Ludwig Mlokosevichi was the Polish scientist, who initiated the founding of Lagodekhi protected areas, our treasure and pride. Because of this we decided to call the guesthouse Ludwig. There is Lagodekhi protected areas in a 100 meters walking distance. We try to make guest feel like a local, offer homemade breakfast and he dinner, joyful piano evenings.

Introducing Mcwane, a bespoke crafted camper van based on the VW Transporter T3. This 2WD van comes equipped with a 1,9 TDI engine, robust transmission and new brake, including an electronic parking brake and electric power steering to ensure a smooth ride across varying terrains. The van features a pull-out kitchen, gas stove,anf dual refrigerators, including a wine cooler, a bio-toilet and an external shower. It also includes all necessary camping accessories.

Tower Hydropower

The Tower is suitable for everyone who’s passionate about nature and the sounds of waterfalls and rivers. Located in Imereti, the wine region surrounded by mountains and rivers. At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view.
