Outdoor: a hot tub, a Finnish wooden tub, Finnish sauna & grill. We’ve also added a speaker and there are no noise limits.

Dacha is a private 3-storey house of 120 sq.m. located in the village of Tsveri, only 15 km away from Tbilisi. Due to its unique location, it is surrounded by forest on all sides, and the nearest neighbors are more than 150 meters away, which creates an atmosphere of privacy and tranquility, so necessary to replenish internal resources and energy. Courtyard is about 800 sq. m., with various activities and stunning views of the mountains. Vera River is a 5-minute walk away

Spanning 300 sq.m, our villa rests on the edge of the Tserovani village, adjacent to the captivating forest near Mtskheta. Just a 15-minute drive from Tbilisi Mall, it offers tranquility in a secluded location. With a maximum capacity of 20 guests, there are three private bedrooms and an open bedroom, comfortably accommodating 10+2 overnight guests. In the summer horses can be seen grazing at the foot of the lake. Just 5 minutes from Ananuri's castle it's a unique place to explore and relax in the Georgian mountains.
