The open plan kitchen, dining and living space lead out through sliding French doors to a private deck, offering breath-taking sea views including Rathlin, Fairhead and Scotland and stunning rural views towards Knocklayde mountain. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. Kitchen is fully fitted, bathroom has electric shower. Free parking. Free WiFi. The property is located off the main road on our private equestrian property. No pets sorry.

Ballinastraid Farm Cottage is a cosy self-catering cottage situated in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty close to Whitepark Bay and just off the main Causeway Coastal Route. Situated close to many tourist attractions, eg, The Giant's Causeway, Bushmills Distillery, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and Ballintoy Harbour. Whitepark Bay and the picturesque hamlet of Portbradden are both within easy walking distance. Visit the Dark Hedges - the most photographed location in N Ireland.

The area is also popular with Game of Thrones fans, and we are in a prime location to visit all the hot spots like “The Dark Hedges” Kings Road, Cushendun Caves, Murlough Bay, and Ballintoy Harbour.

The Surf Shack, Causeway Coast, Ballycastle.

The Surfer’s Shack is a unique tiny space created from an upcycled shipping container. The decor is inspired by the local Causeway coastline. If you’re looking for a quiet secluded getaway, this is the place for you, as the shack is surrounded by rolling county Antrim farmlands, all the while being within minutes of the top spots such as the giants causeway, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, the dark hedges and the Bushmills distillery. A little further (15 minutes drive) will take you to Portrush.

With forest walks, animal parks, golf courses, shops, play areas, coffee shops and restaurants within 5 miles there is plenty to explore or you can choose to stay on site where our garden and patio areas are complete with comfortable garden seating and hot tub overlooking Slemish Mountain. Detached farm cottage in a superb location on the Causeway Coastal Route above Whitepark Bay - midway between Ballycastle and Bushmills. The cover picture shows Ballintoy Harbour, a local beauty spot just a few minutes drive. Many attractions of the Causeway Coast region are just a five minute drive - eg, Bushmills, Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede, Portballintrae, Dunluce Castle, Dark Hedges and Ballycastle. Ideally placed for day trips to Belfast, Londonderry and Donegal.
