This is an aparthotel having 24 apartments with swimming pool, common dining & play area nestled in greens. Your apartment is approx. 720 sq.ft. We are located 5/10 minutes by bike or car from the beautiful beaches of Majorda, Betalbatim, Colva, Utorda and best eating joints like Martins corner, Pentagon, Cota Cozinha,, Juju, Folga, Jamming Goat.

Located just a km walk from the beach and Taj exotica, this duplex in a gated complex offers breathtaking views of the fields from your balconies. The first floor boasts two ensuite bedrooms, while the second floor features a living space with kitchen. It takes 15 steps to reach the first floor. Enjoy access to the society’s large swimming pool, which is open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Swimwear is mandatory. Note: Loud music and parties around the pool and balconies are strictly prohibited.
