The unit is in Birch Tower, Floor 47. View is fantastic. Room is a 24sqm studio type with a balcony above 160 meters from the street. You can use the swimming pool, gym and sauna. Room has a silent split type aircon. 65" curved smart 4k TV with Netflix and other movie apps to ensure you can relax and enjoy watching your favorite movies. Its better than you expect. Security 24/7. The tower is 50 meters from Robinson Place Manila, a huge Shopping Mall. Manila Bay is 10 minutes away by walking.

This apartment was built for PWD Guests, but you wouldn't know it's a PWD room at first glance! We made sure that every guest on a wheelchair can seamlessly go around the apartment with little to no assistance whatsoever.
