Complete with amenities – kitchen, 200 mbps wifi, TV, washing machine, etc. The unit was recently renovated last September 2024. The townhouse is at a very accessible location with restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby.

No need to bring water bottles. Bugs and mosquitoes are natural occurrence in my property since at the back is a forest. Refrain from opening windows and doors.
