Appartamento di 85m² appena riarredato, in un edificio in pieno centro storico, luminoso, silenzioso e accogliente. In una posizione strategica che sovrasta tutto il centro storico, a pochi piacevoli passi da Piazza Bovio e dalla sua spiaggia. Il viale principale di Piombino è ricco di locali e ristoranti. Nelle vicinanze vi sono alcune spiagge, inoltre la stazione ferroviaria dista 10 minuti a piedi. Con pochi minuti in macchina si raggiungono facilmente le bellissime spiagge della Costa.
