It sits on a special stretch of the Connecticut coast, with spectacular bird and wild life-watching year-round. Enjoy great shopping in Guilford's boutiques around the historic town green. Watch the sun set over the water and relax in the hottub for some night time star gazing year round (pool open June-beg/mid Oct)

Tiny Cottage in Hither Woods, Montauk

A little cabin on our property in Hither Woods. A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The cottage comes with WiFi, window A/C and complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car

Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

Bring or rent a Kayak and paddle down the river right to the Long Island Sound.

Traveling nurses, academic rentals happily considered! A beautiful, modern one bedroom apartment on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the Indian River and tidal marsh. It is 600 sq feet, completely renovated, with a queen size bed, a well-appointed kitchen & bathroom. Walking distance to the Clinton train station. Stays in-season include use of 2 kayaks or SUPs per day (2 hours) provided by Indian River Kayak from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

"Sweet Caroline" is a charming 4 bedroom shoreline colonial that has been recently renovated to provide an up-to-date feel while maintaining it's 1920's charm. We fell in love with this home last summer while visiting friends and family and decided to make it our home away from home. We have enjoyed her so much that we decided to share her with others seeking similar cozy, New England shoreline, accommodations.
