Take a trip back in time and sleep inside a 12c castle. Enjoy quiet romantic nights of stargazing in the garden with a glass of wine. The townhouse has a private walled garden with trees. The three floors include a fully outfitted kitchen/dining room, sitting room, baths and bedroom with a terrace, and a living room with a sweeping view of Spain from the balcony. The house has a modern kitchen/bath (and furnished with antiques. The house is inside the Castle walls. No parking allowed in castle.

Welcome to Tomar Old Town House located in the center of the Medieval Town of Tomar at 1 minute walking from the main square - Praça Gualdim Paes - and only a few minutes driving to the Convent of Christ classified as UNESCO World Heritage and Tomar Castle. Amazing house with private courtyard, fully furnished for relax moments and 3 confortable rooms, with one master suite with 25 m2. Located in the historic village of Monsanto, the Most Portuguese Village in Portugal, the house was recovered from an old stone house, creating a rustic atmosphere, with the comforts of a current home. Being in the middle of the village, we easily meet the neighbors, hear birds or continue to climb to the Castle (since the house is on the way to the Castle).No access by car (parking 200 meters away)

From a very early age, the golden and shining hair stood out and the nickname "Russa" caught on naturally and naively from the children we were. Even today, here in the village, everyone knows who Russa is!
