Mediteranea house Nemira is located in place called Nemira with big terrace in nature and amazing sea view of the adriatic sea. Left from the house you have way to get to the beach and you go down and for 1 min by walk you are next to the restaurant "Aga" fantastic restaurant situated just next to the beach. Other way on right side has 80 stairs to get the beach. Just perfect place for you to spend your holidays. Souranded with a nature just perfect place to relax and feel the adriatic sea.

Remote holiday home directly by the sea!

Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

Spacious Starimacak apartman More on the first floor with the big terrace with the beautiful view over the sea, island of Brac and amazing sunset. Shared swimming pool is avaible for use. The hosts are Ewa and Lovre, polish-croatian couple. Ewa knows the tourist spots in the area, and can give you hints for the places you want to visit. Lovre is a rafting guide and you can go on the river Cetina with him. The proximity of beaches, hiking and biking trail, near towns Omis, Makarska, Split.

Sunflower apartment

Our little paradise is located on the seafront, has direct entrance to the beach and great view of the sea. We gave our hearts and minds to make 35m2 perfect for up to 4 travelers. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished with plenty of details and sunshine. On the balcony (10m2) you can enjoy little lounge in the shade of the 70 years old pine tree. Bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 is on the loft (has a great sea view). Bathroom features walk in shower. 1 park place is included.

Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
