Featuring six apartment-style suites, Lokal will offer guests an authentic Philadelphia experience and an escape that feels like home. The team behind the project will anticipate needs and create a high level of behind-the-scenes service. In doing away with many of the trappings of a traditional hotel, Lokal seeks to provide a unique connection with the city without sacrificing the comfort and care travelers expect.

Our Classic King Suite embraces compelling angles and has plenty of room to move around, a generous dining/work area & full kitchen, outfitted with everything you need and offers a little more storage than our Loft Suites. The Classic suite has a spacious King bedroom plus a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and Aesop amenities. Parking available onsite for additional fee: $50 - $60 nightly. Alice Suite - Guild House Hotel

Welcome to the Guild House Hotel. A remarkable Women's historic landmark converted into a boutique hotel in 2020. Each of our 12 rooms are uniquely designed after the notable females that contributed to the nonprofit "New Century Guild" that occupied the building for over 100 years before we took over the property. You can expect 24/7 concierge service and apartment-like amenities with a separate dining area and kitchenette. We look forward to your stay!

The Grand King Suite has a generous living room, custom dining table and banquette with full kitchen outfitted with everything you need.
