Property has lots of parking and places to park boats, etc. Great place to hike, bike, fish, kayak, canoe, swim, etc. Please read the rules concerning watching children on this property! It is a working farm and near a river and smallchildren should never be unattended!

Our lovely retreat offers privacy, comfort, and convenience. Designed as our honeymoon/bridal suite, this property is part of our wedding venue. **The property will not be available if a wedding is booked. This 1950s remodeled home is perfect for a weekend get away! Cookeville has lots to offer and this home is right in the middle of town. Less than a mile from Tennessee Tech University, 10min from CrossFit Mayhem and only 20 min from beautiful parks, state and waterfalls. It’s cozy for a couple but yet great for a family with an upstairs with 2 twin beds to accommodate kids and larger groups!
