Escape to a 1860s building that's been renovated for relaxation, with: SMART TV, Reverse Cycle AirCon, Wi-Fi WFH access remote controlled ceiling fan/overhead light in bedroom. The unit's original sandstone block walls strike a rustic contrast to modern furnishings, including original paintings fully equipped modern kitchen from where you can safely dine in or on the private, covered in patio-in the safest suburb in Sydney. A truly luxurious couples retreat! This private villa style getaway has its own private access and and deck space to relax in and features an hot outdoor shower. Fitted out with quality furnishings and fixtures and is equiped with everything you need! Location really doesn't get better than this. You are across the road from beautiful Blue Lagoon Beach! With Bateau Bay Beach Cafe 150m away. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric frypan. Note not cooktop or oven.

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.
