Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Eingebettet in der Natur, in idyllischer Waldrandlage mit atemberaubendem Seeblick, lässt Sie dieses Chalet dem Alltag entfliehen. Wandern Sie im Wald oder am See und genießen Sie eine Radtour mit unseren E-Bikes. Wenn es kühl ist, wärmen Sie sich in der Sauna oder im beheizten Pool auf, bevor Sie es sich mit einem Glas Rotwein am Kamin gemütlich machen. In der warmen Jahreszeit genießen Sie ein Bad im Pool oder im glasklaren See (SUP/ Kajak stehen auch bereit), bevor Sie abends Sterne schauen.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Nově u nás najdete i soukromou saunu na dřevo – ideální rituál pro prohřátí těla po celém dni. Večer vás pak zahřeje praskající krb nebo ohniště pod širým nebem, zatímco nad hlavou tiše poletují netopýři. Ideální místo pro chvíle ticha a útěk do přírody.

Am Abend den Sonnenuntergang aus der ersten Reihe beobachten, schlafen ganz nah bei den Sternen und am Morgen vom Vogelgezwitscher geweckt werden - das ist alles möglich, bei uns im gemütlichen Wiesenzimmer am Waldesrand. Der liebevoll renovierte Bauwagen mit wunderschöner Panoramascheibe steht auf unserer Obstwiese direkt am Waldesrand mit Weitsicht über die Stockhornkette und das Aaretal. Weg vom Trubel der Stadt ist dies der perfekte Ort, um deiner Seele eine Pause zu gönnen.

Handgefertigtes Tiny House für zwei Personen. Direkt am See, mit großer Terrasse und Sauna. Das Haus wurde mit ökologischen Materialien gebaut und liebevoll mit Massivholzmöbel eingerichtet. Das Haus ist gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen, der Bahnhof Hämelerwald ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
