Welcome to "Shell Haven", a part of "The Florida Havens" collection of properties. Located directly on sea turtle nesting grounds and bordered by conservation land, this oceanfront home offers unrivaled privacy and seclusion. Step directly onto pristine sands, enjoy world-class fishing and dolphin spotting, then relax in your private heated waterfall pool and spa. With three king bedrooms and space for up to 6 guests, Shell Haven is ideal for couples or families seeking a peaceful beach escape.

Country Gem, Horses, Close to theme parks

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is handicapped friendly. We have available two ramps, elevated toilet and toilet chair, and hand bars. The shower has a shower chair, and pedestal sink. There are two sliding barn doors which will make the common areas into two semi private rooms. Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am. Canaveral National Seashore is 44 miles away. An island on the Atlantic Ocean, is a National Park.

K&J Orlando is located less than 10 minutes away from the gates of Disney. The space has been recently updated with new furniture, lighting, and appliances. You will love the floor to ceiling views of Lake Bryan and the modern decor. The resort itself features a heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar, game room, weight room, and kiddie pool. True Florida-style living under the oaks and palms on the Alafia River with beautiful views and comfortable beds. We include use of the pool, spa, fire pit, hammock, putting green, yard games, BBQ and dock area. There are additional bedrooms in the adjoining house for larger groups. Fisherman can cast into the river with expectations of catching Sheepshead, Red Snapper, Speckled Trout, Snook, Spotted Bass and Florida Gar off the dock. We also catch blue crabs.
