Included is a smart TV, WIFI, and Two Bicycles to go explore.

This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Our cottage is nestled behind Oviedo’s oldest home. The cottage boasts lots of windows with a beautiful view of the outdoors. Inside the cottage is a queen-size bed, table for 2-4, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster and microwave, TV with Netflix and Prime, plus WiFi. There is a tall claw foot tub which can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The cottage is connected to the main house but has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. There are no shared spaces.

My listing is for adults, children over 12 yrs old, and no pets. This room has a Queen sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, Wi-Fi and USB charging station. A private fenced backyard has a pergola, pool, outdoor shower, and patio space for sun bathing or just relaxing. All guests receive a continental breakfast. Bottled water and soft drinks are available at no charge. Facilities (pool, bathroom) will be shared, if both rooms (B our Guest & B our Guest 2) are occupied.

The Osprey Room is located upstairs in the main house of the Crane Creek Inn. Guests staying in this room have a private bedroom, a private bathroom, and a private balcony featuring the best view on our property. Osprey room guests also have access to a shared living area, dining area, and a full kitchen in the Inn, along with access to a continental breakfast. The heated pool and all outdoor areas of the property are shared with other guests.
