Nature Escape minutes from Sanssouci Palace

The vintage but fresh charm of the home will make your holiday one of a kind. It is a tranquil and restored home located in the wilderness. Minutes away from the Sanssouci Palace and City Center. Indoor and outdoor spaces available and lovely environment. A delicious and freshly prepared breakfast by dietary needs as well as a free of charge pick up at the train station. I gladly give you suggestions for restaurants and local activities. Also, the household is fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 cats and 2 children 4 & 1 year old. Kitchen is NOT shared! In the green surroundings near the forest with birdsong, enjoy the sun and sit outside on the wraparound balcony or downstairs on the brick terrace, parking in front of the gate, bus stop (line 35, or call taxi) to the city center diagonally opposite, 4 km to the center, 10-minute walk to the Käppele pilgrimage church with view, idyllic and centrally located, cyclists especially welcome, breakfast (available in the mini-fridge) and coffee preparation (comfortably inside or on the balcony)

Enjoy a cosy room and, as some guests described it, a luxury bathroom that will be exclusively for you. We can serve a nice vegetarian breakfast (6,5 € per person extra). Please check availability with at arrival. The gym room is also at your disposal. We have a little cat, just in case you have problems with allergic reactions. The EV charger is exclusively for Solar charging with our 24 Kw Solar system. If not in use be us, you charge for free. Alternative public chargers are nearby.

Schön & ruhig wohnen im Gutshaus bei Frankfurt (O)

Unser denkmalgeschütztes Gutshaus (erbaut 1689) konnten wir renovieren und erhalten, indem wir ein einem Flügel ein kleines Bed & Breakfast betreiben. Die andere Hälfte bewohnen wir privat. Familiär, gastfreundlich und ländlich: so empfangen wir unsere Gäste, und freuen uns über Besuch in unserer wunderschönen Region Seenland Oder-Spree! Der Basis-Preis versteht sich pro Person im DZ (wir verfügen über insgesamt 6 Zimmer) - und auf Wunsch bereiten wir ein üppiges Frühstück (15 €/P.).

Nous la déconseillons aux personnes âgées ou à celles qui pourraient avoir besoin de se lever fréquemment la nuit.

Experience nature up close, in the approx. 2000 square meter garden, or in the area around the Parsteinsee and at the river Oder or in the ´Unteres Odertal´ National Park. Breakfast with home-baked bread and groceries from the region. Dinner can be booked separately

Dear guests, Our guest room in the breathtaking Mecklenburg Lake District offers all comforts, with a small terrace, smart TV, DVD player, fast WIFI/internet, queen-size bed (1.60m), large desk and private bathroom with shower. We do not have any pets. A healthy breakfast is available for €6. Organic coffee and tea unlimited. Canoe rental €20/day. Our two bathing lakes here are connected to the entire lake district. Welcome!
