This brand new five-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-kitchen, and two-living room split-level attic apartment (two Prague apartments A&B connected) has been designed to accommodate up to 14 people. The building is located just about 50 steps from Old Town Square on Kozna Street. It features two sizable living rooms with sofa beds, five bedrooms (all with double beds), two fully equipped open plan kitchens with dining areas, three bathrooms fitted with showers, toilets and bidets, custom made wardrobes and walk-in closets, parquet and stone floors, design furniture, and top quality finishings. The apartment is on the 5th floor with lift. Amenities include satellite TV, DVD - Home Cinema, Wi-Fi Internet, washer, dishwasher, and microwave oven. The apartment is quiet despite the central location of the building. Weekly cleaning, full linen and towels included. Nature Escape minutes from Sanssouci Palace

The vintage but fresh charm of the home will make your holiday one of a kind. It is a tranquil and restored home located in the wilderness. Minutes away from the Sanssouci Palace and City Center. Indoor and outdoor spaces available and lovely environment. A delicious and freshly prepared breakfast by dietary needs as well as a free of charge pick up at the train station. Unsere Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum in einer ruhigen, bevorzugten Wohnlage (Oststadt). Der Hbf und die City sind ca. 1 Km entfernt und in 10 zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle "Dreifaltigkeitskirche"(Buslinien 1OO;2OO;121) ist 1 Gehminute entfernt. Restaurants/Cafés um die Ecke. Du benutzt ein eigenes separates Duschbad. Das Zimmer liegt zum lauschigen und grünen Innenhof. Bei schönem Wetter lädt unser Südbalkon zum Verweilen ein. Unsere Unterkunft ist ideal für Allein- und Geschäftsreisende.

Enjoy a cosy room and, as some guests described it, a luxury bathroom that will be available to you exclusively during your stay. All rooms are freshly renovated in Nov. 2021. We can serve a nice vegetarian breakfast (6,5 € per person extra and paid at the end of your stay). Please check with us for availability during your stay. The gym room is also at your disposal. We have a lovely dog and a little cat, just for you to be aware in case you have problems with allergic reactions.
