Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Die Almhütte 3 Holzhütten mitten in der Natur

Wer Ruhe sucht wird sie hier finden! Dort wo Fuchs und Hase sich „Gute Nacht“ sagen, liegen unsere 3 kleinen Holzhütten am Weserradweg zwischen dem Ortskern Wahmbeck und dem Städtchen Bad Karlshafen. Unsere Hütten sind für Menschen gedacht, die eine besondere Unterkunft für kurze Zeit suchen. Jede Hütte für 2 Personen ist 3x3 Meter groß und sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Eine Übernachtung incl. Frühstück, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, die man vielleicht so schnell nicht vergisst!

You deserve it! 15th floor of "Garden Towers" great view, 9 min by tram to the center, free parking in the garage. Belongs to "luxurious top 3 floors", air conditioned, electric sun shades, luxury materials and brands, and cosy. Hulsta bed, wifi 100/100, Everything you need for your stay (generous) incl. drinks, basic food for emergency cooking and more. Fresh pastry upon arrival (gluten free on timely request). Lot of storage. "Love and energy in the bricks". Reality exceeds pictures.

Lake Haus Lebehn

The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. Ubytování v klidné lokalitě s výhledem do údolí říčky Teplá, Grandhotelu Pupp a rozhlednu Diana. Z druhé strany hotel Imperial. V Lázenském území Karlovy Vary cca 5 minut chůze od Vřídelní kolonády. Familie Waldkauz Nachbarhaus mitten im Wald

Mit der Renovierung unseres Nachbarhauses haben wir uns einen Traum verwirklicht.
