Apomero Cottage - Almyra Living

Tucked away in a private 4,000 m² olive grove with views of Skopelos town and the Aegean Sea, Apomero Cottage offers peaceful seclusion just a 15-minute walk from town. Once used during olive harvest season, the cottage blends traditional Greek island architecture with modern comfort. It consists of two buildings: one with a bedroom and bathroom, and another with a living room, second bathroom, and a sheltered, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. An organic vegetable garden is also a plus.

Αλκέα Ορεινή Κατοικία

Η κατοικία είναι χτισμένη στους πρόποδες του Ξηροβουνίου της Κεντρικής Εύβοιας. Το Ξηροβούνι αποτελεί συνέχεια της Δίρφυς και παρόλο τ΄ όνομά του είναι γεμάτο από πλούσια και πυκνή βλάστηση. Έλατα, πλατάνια και βελανιδιές αποτελούν το σκηνικό της περιοχής και τη θέα του σπιτιού. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται 50 μέτρα έξω από το γραφικό χωριό Καμπιά το οποίο είναι χτισμένο στην πλαγιά της ρεματιάς. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για όσους αγαπούν τη φύση, το βουνό κι αναζητούν την ηρεμία και τη χαλάρωση.

Ειναι στα 30 μετρα απο την θαλασσα τελειως απομονωμενο και λειτουργει με αυτονομο φωτοβολταικο συστημα περιορισμένης κατανάλωσης ρεύματος . είναι απαγορευτικό η χρήση συσκευής άνω των 1000vatt ,ηλεκτρικό σίδερο, , κτλ η παραλία μπροστά από το σπίτι καθαρίζετε συχνά απο τοπικούς φορείς αλλα υπάρχει η πιθανότητα με ένα δυνατό αέρα να βγάλει λιγα σκουπίδια επίσης τα τελευταία τριακόσια μέτρα δρόμου θέλει πολύ προσοχη είναι απότομη κατηφόρα και Μερικές φορές λίγο κατεστραμενος μετά από βροχή

3 cute cottages, named Mulberry tree, Daphne and Chestnut tree, with private pool each one, and very nice surrounded terraces full of trees, plants and flowers, located at Potami (means river) area, between Agnontas beach and Panormos beach. They are full of character with elegant interior decors, entirely suited to the gloriously peaceful rural setting. They are set on the hillside overlooking the Potami valley, on land that has been in the owner's family for over 100 years.

Dafni: country house with sea view

The property is located 1h30 from Athens airport, on the island of Evia. Built in the 80s, the house blends into this forest landscape that is both mountainous and marine, where the colors change every day. Today it is a holiday resort where we come to seek calm and rest, swim, visit the country and enjoy the beautiful and warm neighboring taverns where we are always welcomed with a big smile and open arms.
