John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

The Rusty Bear - Waterfront home on Kootenay Lake.

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

This is a brand new one bedroom apartment. You will feel renewed and rested in this quiet neighborhood "coach house". Come and go as you please with a completely private entrance. This Scandinavian style apartment features a beautiful 4 piece bathroom, kitchen (stove/microwave/fridge etc.), dining area, and lots of natural light.
