The house itself is 100 years old and fully renovated while maintaining local charm and style. Guests have access to the front porch back porch and the common/shared kitchen located towards the back of the house where coffee and snacks are available 24/7. We have put much thought into all the details to make your stay comfortable and special. Guests have access to their own private room & bath. Public spaces include a front porch, back porch and backyard area. We live nearby and may be available as needed. We also have a cleaning team who services guest bedrooms each day. The hotel is located in the center of town making heading out for delicious dining and fun shopping easy and convenient. Take in the local culture on the main street and go for a scenic hike in the beautiful parks nearby. Ideally located in town so you can walk to everything. Street parking available. Grace and Favor - welcoming one bedroom suite

Centrally located to all attractions, yet just far enough removed to offer the best of country life. The Grace and Favor Suite offers a large one bedroom (queen size bed) with seating area and private bath on the ground level. We make every effort to offer the best in hospitality while allowing our guests the most amount of privacy. A nice room with a private bath.. I am posting this a room for 1 person... It has a very nice posturepedic single bed most of the time but I can put in a full size bed as well so 2 persons can stay for 10 bucks more... If you like old historical houses this is interesting because this room is one of the oldest operating hotel rooms in America.... The building is most likely late 18 century but was built as an Inn, not a house so this is a historical hotel room easy to keep distance

Suite 7 boasts 447 sq ft featuring a king bed, radiant floor heating, ambient fireplace, walk-in shower with a window open to the bedroom (with a privacy blind), a separate water closet, work station, a 75" smart tv and a mini-bar. Room 7 is "barrier friendly," offering a lift from the ground to the second floor and accessibility features throughout. These include wider-than-standard doors, a curbless shower, a chair-height vanity, a slide-in shower, and an available shower stool.

Maxfield Inn is a newly restored 1841 mansion in the village of Naples, New York. Its vintage ambiance on the inside, plus the beautiful picturesque setting with mountains, trees & English Gardens make it really special. Grand white pillars adorn the facade where guests can mingle on the front porch. Guests have an option to order a full breakfast for an additional $40 per room per morning.
