Cozy, comfortable, brick bungalow nestled in a stand of trees offers convenience & seclusion just off the beaten-path. Knotty pine, radiant heating, cathedral ceiling & loft are warm & inviting. Minutes away from 3 state parks, Cayuga & Seneca lakes, wine trails, Cornell, Ithaca College & the renowned Ithaca Commons. **Sorry, Airbnb prohibits booking for another person including "gift bookings." Booking that are gifts must be done so in the name of the guest who will be staying at the property.

The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is 30 steps away (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used w/ your own accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact or need anything.

Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
