Think of Tutti as a stylish cozy glamping experience. A refurbished vintage 1979 Rambler trailer that makes camping way easier and more comfy. She has water, electricity, beds and a dinette. There are outdoor chairs, a firepit and a covered deck. Tutti has a private outhouse & an outdoor shower. Tutti is located on a working horse farm where you can book trail rides, hike trails, and visit an on-site Day Spa. Original 1960s Camper near Seneca Lake

This 1961 camper is located on 75 acres of trees, creeks, fields. It's situated in a gully, privately located, amongst some black walnut trees for shade. It has 2 beds and will sleep 4. There's also a small bunk bed. There's no running water in the camper but there's plenty available. The bathroom's located about 60' away, designated for guests using the camper & tree tent. The property is a short drive to the east side of Seneca Lake. Swimming is great in the clean water.

***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. You must snow shoe or sled through the woods. 4x4 recommend Private, year-round, 4 person Hot tub! 420 Friendly! There may be beer in the fridge. Over the years guests have started a "Take a Beer Leave a Beer" tradition. Pets Welcome! CHECK IN 4PM - 8PM Wood for sale on site! $10 Large wood bundles
