The entire property is included w/ your cottage rental; 1.1 acres, 800 ft of lake shoreline, a dock, a pier, a sunset deck, a social pavilion, waterfront hot-tub. It is a private lake experience; nothing really compares - unique!

Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. The House on Oak Grove

Enjoy your time spent in this spacious and peaceful pet friendly space. Nicely appointed with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Ten easy miles to Clemson and 3 miles to SWU. Besides the open living space the house has a screened porch and accomodates 4 with 2 bedroom & 2 adjoining baths. The home includes washer & dryer, coffee bar, granite countertops, and microwave.
