Fairwood Lane is conveniently located on the north end of town close to Shopping, Parks, Brewpubs, Bus stops, Walmart, Target etc. There is a Papa John’s Pizza, a distillery and Ottos brewery within walking distance. A Short drive and you are downtown. You can also take the bypass for a quick trip to Beaver stadium. It is a freshly painted and furnished full time vacation rental on the edge of a quiet neighborhood. I have run Vacation Rentals for 6 years and am very attentive to guests needs.

We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

We have hard wood floors and a spacious finished basement. House is located about 20 minutes from State College and 5 minutes from Penn’s Cave Wildlife Park. The house is right off the main road, but the new windows block most of the traffic noise. A few houses and lots of farm land surround the area. Guests will have the house to themselves.

Looking for a place to rest your head? This is a nice quiet spot located in Centre Hall just 15 minutes away from Penn State Campus and 18 Minutes away form the stadium. This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza.
