This bijoux duplex apartment on the Left Bank in the heart of St. Germain is situated in a historic 17th century building just opposite the Musee Mailol and Fontaine des Quatre Saisons. The flat has been recently and totally renovated. The rustic stone walls and antique ceiling beams have been exposed and carefully restored on both levels. Modern design elements and understated hip luxury integrate with the buildings original features to make this flat the perfect city escape for the discerning traveler. The spacious and quiet bedroom on the 2nd floor features a French-made luxuriously comfortable king size bed (180cm) complete with the finest feather and hypoallergenic (upon request) bedding, built in closet, oak chest of drawers and a full length floor mirror. The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. On the first level a fully equipped kitchen/ living and dining area have been tastefully outfitted with a mixture of modern classics and unusual finds, offering the utmost in comfort in a cool and casual setting designed to make your stay in the City of Lights a very special one. Private access via the main entrance, this duplex is an independent apartment. We are always available for anything that you might need during your stay, and happy to assist in making your time in paris perfect! This chic one bedroom duplex is ideally located in the heart of the sought-after Rive Gauche/St. Germain neighborhood. The lively and cultivated Left Bank district boasts some of city’s finest shopping, dining and culture. Here is where you’ll find hip one-of-a-kind boutiques to high-end designer fashion, antique galleries (Carre des Antiquaires), as well as many modern-classic design shops. An array of delightful culinary offerings and dining experiences at every turn make this arrondissement quintessential Paris at its very best! The recently opened Beau Passage, adds yet another gourmet haven to the neighborhood. We are situated within a short walking distance to many of the main attractions of central Paris including: The Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, Musee Maillol, Seine River, Invalides, all of St. Germain and the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame Cathedral, Le Bon Marche department store, Cafe Flore, Cafe Deux Magots and more. There are 3 Metro stations serving this area: Rue du Bac on Line 12, Sevres Babylone on Line 10 and 12 and St. Germain des Pres on Line 4. 1. Please note that due to the historic nature of the building and certain restrictions on construction, the flat is not air-conditioned. A fan is provided, however, due to the the old thick stone walls the apartment stays rather cool even on the warmest of summer days. 2. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

A proximité ( 500m ) se trouve également un centre équestre. A 10 km, descente de Loire en canoë, parcours de golf 18 trous ( Golf De Sancerre ), mini golf, tennis, piscine. A 45 mn, Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, auto, moto, Cette maisonnette équipée tout confort, sa terrasse et son jardin ombragé vous invitent à la détente.

Ce gîte, recevant 6 à 15 personnes, (accessible aux PMR), est idéalement situé : dans la Métropole de Tours -bénéficiant de toutes ses infrastructures- et avec un vrai air de campagne, au calme ! Il est au coeur des Châteaux de la Loire*, entre le Zoo de Bauval et le Futuroscope, très rapidement accessible par toutes voies. Châteaux de la Loire* : Chambord, Chenonceau, Amboise, Azay-le-Rideau, Loches, Langeais, Villandry et ses jardins, et tant d'autres moins connus mais aussi recommandables.

Bonneval - Grand gîte des lavoirs.

Gîte de 6 à 12 personnes situé en centre ville de Bonneval, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et des commerces, au calme, face au Loir. Cette maison a été entièrement rénovée afin de recevoir les grandes tribus : espaces jours et nuits séparés, grand palier avec canapés et espace TV, deux espaces extérieurs (cour pavée, grande terrasse au 1er étage). L'espace rez de chaussée est aménagé PMR (personne mobilité réduite) et habilité handicaps moteur , mental et auditif . A 20m du gîte parking gratuit

Proche le Mans Gîte de 6 places piscine chauffée

Idéalement situés près du centre ville du Mans dans un petit coin de nature, nos gites et chambres d'hôtes permettent des séjours riches et variés. A pied ou à vélos, de nombreuses randonnées vous attendent (Forêt de l'Arche de la nature, boulevard nature à 10m, circuit "la Sarthe à vélo"). Grace à la proximité des commodités du centre ville du Mans vous pouvez découvrir cette ville riche en histoire (Vieux Mans médiéval...) et en culture. A seulement 10 minutes du célèbre circuit des 24h,

Chambre à St Dyé sur Loire , Port de Chambord

Dans un joli village en bord de Loire à 3 kms de Chambord, Nous vous proposons une chambre privée avec salle de bain et wc, dans maison ancienne au calme. Possibilité de rajouter un matelas dans la chambre (non fourni) . Vous avez à disposition un frigo, un micro-onde, une bouilloire avec café ou thé, par contre le petit déjeuner n est pas fourni. Vos vélos seront en sécurité dans la cour qui ferme à clé Il y a le wifi, mais les murs sont tellement épais qu'ils bloquent un peu les ondes.

Le lave-linge et sèche-linge ne sont pas à dispo pour les courts séjours.
